Down voting is not literally bad but way it is.being used is Bad. Some people abuse downvoting especially if they want to release there stress to other people.
The Problem is not the system but steemers.
SYSTEM ->No Freedom of Choice-> follows command.
People-> Freewill-> Free to Command
