RE: 100 Steem Giveaway - And a Personal Goal Achieved!

in #steem6 years ago (edited)

Congrats man! That's one milestone to be proud of.

So, one community that I think will benefit the most from this generous giveaway is @pifc: Pay It Forward Community. Initiated by a man with a golden heart, @thedarkhorse, and with a following of people who put others first. The hardest working people I know on steemit (no disrespect to you other communities out there, I love you just as much even if I'm not a part of you) - and the work is this: push new and veteran accounts to minnow status and beyond.

@pifc is what we need more of in order for this place to thrive. Just look at the engagement numbers and how many people they have helped us discover and fall in love with.

This initiative will always give back everything it receives, so a donation such as this can bring comfort to you @leotrap, knowing that it will be put to use in the most transparent and rewarding way. Matter of fact, I already did the same back in the day and support @pifc with what little I had in celebration of my own milestones on steemit 💯 and I continue to do so with a delegation that is being used to support hundreds of participants - knowing this is more valuable than anything, being able to pay it forward and live it - is the ultimate healing.

@leotrap, what you're doing here is already part of @pifc pay it forward mentality and I hope you consider this great community for this giveaway! Congratulations again and thank you for reading 🙏

In case anyone wants to check out what we are doing at @pifc here is the link to the current week:
https://steemit.com/payitforward/@pifc/week-28-pay-it-forward-curation-contest-078b81c690f5cest

Idea is that entries are a curation style blog post of steemians who aren't getting enough visibility or earning the rewards their post deserves. We have an amazing group of curators that enter each week and new people joining on a fairly regular basis. Then there are a bunch of community members that go and read the featured/curated blog posts and engage with the authors.

If we win the money would be used for increased prizes for the community members. They put in a ton of effort and it would be great to give more back to them.

Side note, I started @pifc and it's now grown way beyond just me. We have an amazing group of judges and discord moderators.

Dont have to everbody needs to know this is THE community to vote for!

Yaaaayy... @kaliju😉 you know how much I love @pifc.. because even its a small one but we can help each other through contest and encouragement programs..

Hello @leotrap😊 this man is a great help for our community. It grews through a curation contest 28 weeks ago and we still continues to grow. I am one of those who is still growing with the community since the first week I joined on week 4. I think you need to consider to choose us😊 but.. it's up to you anyway and thanks for your wonderful kind act.

I couldn't agree more with @kaliju.

I was very new on Steemit when I was discovered and featured by one of the @pifc members, @headchange, on week 16. Since then, I did my best to keep joining every week because of the wonderful mindset and generous heart that this community has. Any additional help to further strengthen the community will be greatly appreciated. This 50 Steem from @leotrap will surely not go to waste but go a long way to help more people grow in the overall Steemit community. So thank you in advance @leotrap! 😊

Thanks @kaliju for choosing @pifc.

AMEN! You are sooo right !

This is a great community with the intention of helping new users. If it were not for @pifc, I don't know if I'd still be blogging by now.

It really is an awesome initiative where everyone wins. A great community!

For sure being a part of the Pay It Forward group is one of the main reason I stayed on steem and chose to invest some money into They brought me in and this contest tries to find people that are doing good work and highlight it to help but at the same time give them a chance to join the group. It is always fun to see someone that I put in the contest also put others in the contest the next week.

Thanks for nominating @pifc buddy :) It's an initiative worth investing in for sure!!

AND congratulations @leotrap!! What an awesome milestone for you, and such a generous and selfless giveaway too!

The @pifc is reaching so many smaller accounts each week. Any help received would definitely be put to good use.
