one question, would a user if it was UI based not able to spam using another interface ?

what is the problem with the micro spamming, does it all "cost" us something (i.e server costs, bandwith, etc. )

are some users getting huge amount of spam, that there wallet is bascially a mess?

    Why would we tolerate even one user spamming everyone else with 0.001SBD ?
