So I heard sometime ago that y'all gonna cry once this crypto bubble explodes up.
Even just hearing this is terrifying. But what keeps me believing in this is this quote,

Nice post and nice quote! I think that the speculators will bring down 'a cryptocurrency' (or maybe a few) but nothing can stop 'cryptocurrency' except a lack of development, because, frankly, I don;t think blockchain (and similar) are very efficient or sleek enough. I remember programming bubblesort as a kid and a maths undergrad - we need to come up with much more efficient, small and tight algorithms if cryptocurrencies and the related technologies are to really change the world. Plus the governance issues as I and others have highlighted is critical - economics isn't everything!

The only way they can destroy it is my making it a vehicle for speculation but the problem is the market cap is still way too small for them to control it so I see a huge upside in the meantime
