The second option is probably the best because the company is on a long run, we need to steem power so we can party hard and onboard newbies, having some sp delegation is better than just having steem in every space force account.
Self-voting is a choice, if a space force member thinks he can produce more results by upvoting himself then he is free but when that is not the case like you said party is over for him/her.
You may want to check on the security/Pr team and probably evaluate our efforts, we are working on getting a TV channel for Steemjet Media team where their videos will be published, we don't have enough funds for that though because of the price of steem. We launched our official account @steemjetwatchdog which we will be using to fish out spammers, monitor/control activities, and evaluate overall performance. You may want to support our initiatives.
