How are you liking HF21 so far?
Downvotes are cool and so is seeing people actually use them.
Seeing Bidbot bids on Steembottracker being empty is also very nice to see.
The massive cut in rewards will probably drive the vast majority of creators away that
- Arent popular with blocktrades, theycallmedan, oracle-d that have big votes
- Arent posting Steem related things, news, and have to invest a lot of time and effort in their content.
A dtuber i know (if steemworld is correct) is earning 22% of the total payout now. lol
Dont get me wrong... Its nice being able to flag pricks for free but having to waste my VP before HF21 didnt really bother me that much.
I almost tripled my curation which is again nice but ill probably have to find new people, specifically those that talk about steem, write about steem, etc. because im pretty positive that the variety of content we have now is going away.
Wouldn’t you rather see content that isn’t Steem related being promoted? There’s only so many posts about Steem that are worth reading or adding any value.
Surely other topics should be searched out and curated.
