Of recent I have begun to wish I had paid more attentions to my economic teacher in school. I would be very interested in getting insights into the core questions you've raised above. I don't know if you are in the SMT group where a lot of knowledgeable people on Steem economy do discuss things (including Ned). I'll share this post and hope someone who understand economics a little more than I do will answer this.
