@ned did make a post to bring everybody together for an official FAQ page, but it's just a call to action, not an actual faq page, although he does answer a lot of questions in the comments!

there's only 1 answer; read the White Paper.
For those that have been around for a bit and understand the basics, but you have a very specific question.
