I learned of this Netcoins poll just instants before it ended of course couldn't vote as the first thing I saw when entering the site, was a huge banner saying they had taken care of fake votes etc, but then I started to think exactly this you say...the last time I saw an exchange polling for listing a coin it was a really meh one, STEEM AFAIK is already in all mayor exchangers so why even bother with this?
