Last week I sent 10 Steem to Block Trades to transfer to another wallet and I never received it. To some of you, 10 Steem may not be a lot but it's still lost money.
I contacted Block Trades and they said they sent the Steem but when I log in to my Blocktrades account, there are no completed or pending transactions with that amount or date. They have not responded to my last few comments on their blog so I feel like I am bothering them since they say they sent it.
Should I just let it go?
It could be a technical problem that they need to fix so maybe I should keep contacting them so it doesn't happen again but I don't want to make a big issue about it.
Hi, I checked your transaction it was sent to bittrex, so it won't show up in your local account, it will show up at bittrex. Also, you sent us Steem to get SBD, so it should show up in your bittrex account as 3.533 SBD. If you don't see it there, you need to contact bittrex support.
Thank you for replying. I did ask Bittrex and they don't have it and it's not in any of my wallets.

Mike, you can send directly to your bittrex. You have to send to, @bittrex and the memo will be the memo on your bittrex acct. There is a different memo for SBD vs. Steem.

As for blocktrades, I can only say they have always been straight up and helpful for me, I say politely continue to seek resolution.
