So is SP and bandwidth somehow linked i have been thinking of buying some Steem so i can delegate some, does delegating all your SP mean you can't post and upvote then?

It ought to mean you can still upvote (with $.00), and actually, I could do that. But I couldn't reply to any comments, and I couldn't even edit my own posts. Other than that, maybe @crazybgadventure can explain more?
