Because you're sending 0.001 SBD 20 times in a row which means spam :)
Also @tipU is not a voting bot.

It's not a voting bot, it rewards those who upvote you :) vote from @tipU is just a small bonus.
I also need this small bonus please again vote my comments and I will everyday send SBD if you want...First Time I don't understood your rules...I Need your upvotes...1 hour later I will send SBD and you can send me vote ok you agree?
Yep, but thanks to you @tipU will give bonus vote only if user spends more than 0.2 SBD for voteme rewards :)
One problem : tipu was only 10% vote of my comments...
now I send $0.001
I understand that you want @tipU to give 0.02 SBD upvotes to hundrets of your post for 0.001 SBD from you but it doesnt work like this :)
