I guess it would help if I had read part 1! Seeing this more often too but I am not a fan of alt accounts as the administration of it would drive me crazy! Thanks for sharing though as it proves an interesting trend we are seeing.

Admin is the overhead, but with 1000's of PAL/LEO staked and doing nothing - I couldn't have that for too long!
