Have you considered adding Steem or Smoke Crypto currency as a Reward Option ? Lots of us would like to get paid in Sreem .... you could transfer the Steem directly to our Steemit.com Wallet ..... Direct transfers to Blockchain wallets rather than payment via Coinbase or PayPal.
