The thing that I dislike about the current rep system is that a person joins recently and all of a sudden their rep shoots past mine that I have worked honestly for almost 3 years.
The next one is this downvoting system.
A guy gets into an argument with another person that upvotes your posts and he downvotes all of the posts that his enemy votes on.
If you have a look at our charity blog you will see that there is a downvote on every post.
Accounts that downvote charities should be banned!

Thanks for stopping by, @papilloncharity. This system should help to improve on both of those situations. It will lay the groundwork for accounts which partake in such actions to be to be identified and handled.
