Content is being generated at lightning speed and new members are pouring in. Recently steemit crossed 200K+ members. We can imagine how much value will be added when many of this 200K will actively participate in discussion and post something interesting. Now on there is no look back for steemit!

I had seen that in one post by some user couple of days back. And you can find it on this website: https://steemd.com/ look for "registered_accounts" on the right side block (if you are on laptop/desktop) . The current number it is showing is: 218,152
So, yes, it is rising at very good speed :-)
