As of my analysis Steemit has made Base of 0.00412 BTC on jul 13 and hiked
on july 19 Steemit was again dropped to 0.003833 BTC and hiked again
on july 30 it got 0.003314 BTC
as of its pattern chart it could go beyond 0.00636 BTC from its previous High and make new High and Base
i think it is best time for short time trading
