RE: Updates On SteemExchanger Web site Developments: Africa's First Exchange Platform For Buying And Selling Steem/SBD

Nice work guys. Really proud of y'all. ๐Ÿ‘.

I would have sent this as a "ticket" but unfortunately, I couldn't find the support feature to use.

While what you guys are doing is impressive and for our convenience which we appreciate, of course, you're making your own profits from the business too, I however find it deceptive (I don't want to use the word fraudulent - I mean no harm nor insult) that it was not included in any part of your numerous posts that the highest amount one can withdraw in Naira is N50,000. This means, for one who has say ลƒ 200000, he has to withdraw four times of which you charge N50 on each transaction.

Well, you're doing your business and we wouldn't expect that you don't make profit or benefit from it but courtesy and business ethics require that you make users and impending users aware of "all house rules" cos keeping this away from users, to me is unethical and dubious.

Perhaps, there still a chance for you to right the wrong, by telling users that there's a maximum amount they can withdraw for one transaction, except you feel it's no wrong which I believe wouldn't speak well of the integrity of the brand you're building. Let everyone be aware of "everything" that it entails so we know what we're putting ourselves into. No hidden details. This is very essential if you want to continue to gain relevance.

You might feel you're receiving unanticipated growth and recognition and feel its unnecessary to respond to me or do the right thing but, I'm sure you know what comes before the fall of a man...

And I must confess, I got my credit alert in lesser minutes than I took to type this comment. It was like magic. ๐Ÿ‘Š ๐Ÿ‘Š ๐Ÿ‘Š

God Bless you, God bless Naija.
