Say you want to use an image you found on the web but you care about copyright infringement,so you need to find the source and owner of the image so later in life you are not looking at infringement charges. Face it, everything you put on the web will outlive you. Tineye is a free online "reverse image" search engine that quickly finds the image in question. Simply upload or paste the url of the image into the search bar and tineye will present a list of everywhere its found on the web. Is that person on the dating site real? Need to find an old army buddy? Tineye also offers an extension for most popular browsers. https://www.tineye.com/

Want to ad text or put a caption on an image? Roflbot is a free online service that will satisfy your needs. Upload from your computer or paste the url, add your work and download to a folder. http://wigflip.com/roflbot/

Need a place online to store, resize and create links for your images? Postimage works well for posting on steemit. http://https://postimage.org/

How about an editer that will help you make great posts? Markdown pad has a freeware version to get you started. I am using it right now, (and some day I may actually get good at it) and buy the premium version with all the bells and whistles. http://markdownpad.com/

These simple and free tools work well for me, however if you know of similar or better tools, I would greatly appreciate a heads up.

@ricov the very issue I have been searching for since yesterday as I began to start my first page though my stubbornness endures this to happen the way I learn .All the best at the steem fest.

Yea, I been trying to find ways of making a decent post, I guess I got lazy or "dumbed down" from being on FB. Right now I am wondering how I screwed up the title with hashtags.

Thanks for the collection of links. I didnt know tineeye!

Your welcome.

These tools seem useful. Thank you
