  1. I'll establish a baseline of SP. That would be the minimum I hold and I can NEVER power down below that.
  2. I'll check it every 3 months to calculate the difference - the gains.
  3. A percentage of the gains will increase the baseline and would NEVER be sold. Other percentage might be or might not be powered down depending on the value of steem. It could be 10% if Steem reaches $1 and 10% when reaches $2 and 5% when reaches $5... and so on. But the biggest amount will be around for the long term.
