I think your predictions are wrong. The steem network is having troubles with their banking feature. Every new user that signs up used to have up to 30sp delegated to them before jan 8. We had a run on new user accounts being created in the first 2 weeks in january.... we added +/-50k accounts. January 7 we maxed out the @steem bank; it could no longer support giving all minnows up to 30 sp. The algorithm for delegating rewards dropped all new users delegation to up to 15sp. Effectively cutting new users power in half, so if they dont have 82% vote power their vote is worth nothing. New users that feel they have no voice will leave.
