you dont start earning the moment you write posts. put effort in your posts and do research. work on reading other peoples posts and then do meaningful comments to engage with others. people will start following you as they see you in their comments regularly. this will push your posts to broader audience. in time you will see earnings increase as well. try to write 1-2 posts daily, add images and do research.
