How do I send some STEEM over to poloniex?

Looking at my wallet and see no option to just send funds to a STEEM address, can anyone help me?

Go to your poloniex account, under "deposit and withdrawal", look for STEEM, you will get this:

Then, make a transfer from your wallet to "poloniex".
Don't forget the "memo", but don't use mine or the money will come to me. LOL
