I love it when I see big mimds like yours set goals and work towards achieving them. It takes a while lot of dedication and discipline to work towards achieving a goal and finally achieve then one after the other.
Speaking about my goal, I actually came into 2018 without a set goal because I only got to know about steemit early December 2017. But by the end of January I was able to set some goal for myself though I haven't started seeing the outcomes yet.
One of my goals is to get to 3000 followers on steemit before the end of this year, I also hope to hit my first million naira before the end of this year( thanks to steemit ). I also hope to hit atleast 500 steem power before the year runs out just from my post rewards. These are just a few of them as I am about to set more goals for myself .
