Why steemit.com will fail, where is the reward pool?????

in #steem5 years ago (edited)

10 steem is $1.1 million.

As you could see the account value of every user is just ridiculously high. I would say to the developers, ok, you will get my account for 10% of the current account value! The problem no one would buy it.

I would say this is a smaller problem, they will fixit, but if you see your pending payouts, you will realize that is gone, and that payouts which should happen now you will not get it.

What happened? Why @ned can not hire quality developers??

They are whales, but are they working??

This is not the first time and they are not learning from mistakes.

Please dont be so rude man.. The developers are working hard

  • and the problem is a result of a wrong acting witness as I know.
They have the bug listed and are working on it.
    No software is without bugs

I did not wanted to be rud, sorry. I remember a monts ago, there was an update and all the voting power went down. becouse of this things I think the quality of the developer could be better!

Ah the Hardfork fail. Yeah it was bad for many many people.
But I was still posting and commenting in this time when my RC was high enough :P It was healthy for everyone even if it was not planned by the developers.
So yeah this was a error with a huge impact.. ^^ But you know: I know some good - really good developers - and they are making failures every day. Like I am doing also and probably you are doing too.

I think we should judge them for the positive things they are doing and not for 1 error a month.

@steemdetective Yes, I saw that glitch and was slightly amused by it. I do agree with you on the fact that they should learn from their mistakes but I also believe that they are trying their very best to do so.

As for not getting Post Payouts, that is also a Glitch.

This is one of my Post that just got Paid Out and even though it shows that I am basically going to receive nothing I still got the usual payout.

So I believe this Payout problem is also just a visual Glitch.

But I have to add that I am also not ok in tackling such Glitches. I would love a stable Platform to write posts on but then again these Glitches are very few so I can just ignore them as they get fixed quick

This is the result of a small bug in the steem-js code on which busy and steemit interfaces are based. I think since steemit ie, condensor is in maintenance mode these types of errors will take longer to resolve.

Since the HF, I've not been able to post or upvote much at all. I'm still plugging away though. It's frustrating because I want to contribute, but am unable to.

Thanks very much for the SP, I think that's what it is, I'm a nobody here anyway. Much appreciated. :)
