On steem everyone is owner. There is nothing about destruction here. I can easily be an adjustment for change. HF20 is coming and there will be changes. Steemit is in its early stages and adjustments are bound to happen during its evolution, so be patient when it comes to conclusions. Pay attention to history as well. Before delegation to new accounts started, the sp to new accounts was actually given.

I was careful with my statements hence the word 'if'. I was giving advice to those people who are wasting their precious SBD to plead on a memo. And waiting for HF20 is agonizing. And most of the impatient minnows will make speculations based on what is happening since they are after all part owners of Steemit. They have every right to make speculations. I am just echoing their general sentiments.
Yes, i understand the "if" part but it does add to the speculation. Not saying you did wrong though but here is what happens. The delegation to new accounts is simply to start them up till they get to a certain sp level. At this point undelegation happened to accounts that have accrued higher than 15 sp. Limited bandwidth helps to curb things like ddos etc Accumulating sp increases bandwidth.
