Question about Steem power ?

Hi steemers,

I have a question about steem wallet, more specifically- steem power.

I understand how steem, steem dollars work. But i do not understand (xxxx) at steem power. What the number in () mean?
I couldnt able to find any answer on steemit. Really hope someone can explain to me or point me at right direction.

    Isn't that the total of your steem + steempower? (Gives also little power I think) correct me if I am wrong!

    It is delegated Steem Power. It counts for your voting power but you cannot power down it (convert to Steem)

    New users get delegated power for some time to make our votes worth more.
