The guideline is that it gets harder and harder to move up. When you're a newbie at 25 reputation, all it takes is a few votes to boost you to the 30s or 40s. After that, things get quite harder, and it takes quite a push to move you from one level to the next.

That means someone who has a 62 or 63 is way ahead of a 58.
Each level is a drastic jump.
Exactly. Don't get too hung up on reputation once you're in the fifties and above :P
