I've just joined steemit and dtube but i can't upload a video

I have been trying to upload video content to my dtube channel for the last 2 days with no luck. Everything with step 1 and step 2 go through and work perfectly... well as it seems, but when i get to step 3 with the title and description, I click submit and the arrow just spins but nothing else happens. I really need you guys help on this one, Im like dying to upload my content 😭 lol
