In my opinion, the best thing to do is start a flagging account that flags spammers, there are so many accounts that have been spamming for months, maybe years, and self-upvoting and circle jerking with other spammer accounts, it's disgusting, those people are cashing out big time and getting lots of money out of the market! Flagging those accounts would make it so spamming content wouldn't be rewarded which in turn reduces the outflow of cash from the Blockchain and make the whole ecosystem a lot stronger...
