not 100% sure but it's the rewards you get from your posts. And you just have to redeem them to get them to your wallet thats it. :)

Nope, they say below to just redeem to transfer into your balance, but why would you need to do that? Maybe it's so you can see the rate at which you are earning SP and SBP...
You click on the redeem rewards button and the SP and SBD transfers to your account. You get those by upvoting other posts as well as the amount that you received from your posts.
