The ones I support directly are @pifc, @asapers, @see.feel.write, @archisteem, @photocircle, and I'm not sure it's a curation initiative but @paintingangels does regular curation posts.
I also work with @thedailysneak from time to time.

As an artist on this platform, I tend to use @artzone @slothicorn and @curie. These are great supporters and curators in the arts community. Hope this helps.

Well there is @Wafrica @artzone and even @girlsfoundation although they're not as big as @curie and the rest but they're just doing good things for good contents and they're under the radar

There is @themesopotamians community which is a plankton/minnow support project that is level based. Each Level gets a certain amount of support which ultimately forces users to work harder and smarter to move up the ranks. It goes without a say, the higher you build your SP, the more support you get. It's amazing because it creates a healthy group of individuals who are consistent with their content creation to build up their accounts. It's pretty new, but loving how it has been structured.

@travelfeed is a personal favorite of mine and seems like going strong. Everytime I blog about travel and I feel like I put enough work into it, 90% of the time they will recognize me and support. They do it manually, and I like that!
Do you know if they are upvoting only curated posts?
The account only seem to vote on the curated. I don't see it being used for personal use. If that's what you mean. They have a large vote trail already as well.
A bit late. For the Spanish-speaking community are great curation trails, some of there are @cervantes, @inteligentzia(my curation trail), @repollo and @talentclub.

My wife @kotturinn is extremely active in the WhaleShares curation initiative. Every Sunday she's presenting her rounded up posts and presenting them to an audience while others do the same. Pretty cool grass roots group of users.
