Honestly I am not a games person but I like to see new apps bringing people to steem, still I am here more because of the community blogs reminds me to the old fashioned bit healthier networking from live journal time
Hehe - no worries. I can understand you. DrugWars isn't my type of game, but it's indeed great to see people building all kinds of apps here.
I didn't intend to become a 'drug lord' either, yet it happened. Only on Steem and only in the gaming world.
It won't be long before developers on EOS and Ethereum realise that building on Steem automatically gives them a built in community that is ready to go at the press of a 'Post' button.

I was expecting this post from you. 😁😊 Yesterday I had exactly the same thoughts. If a developer can build an amazing game out of the platform in just 21 days of development what if travian games make use of the Blockchain and develop decentralized gaming experience. It will definitely take Steem to moon.

Its getting more obviously that gaming is going to be one of the best genres that brings masses into cryptocurrency. With Steem and its fast Blockchain there are almost endless possibilities with gaming Dapps and the Social Media aspect of it does even bring more leverage into the Dapps. Great success for Steem so far!
Really cool. At what point if any do you think the network will get too congested? Just trying to step far into the future and ask - what is our limit?

I think we're far from becoming congested. More network usage is actually good to showcase activity - unless its spam of course.

The question is... will it stick around?! I hope so, STEEM really needs more dapps, more games, more use cases, more adoption, we have the community, but we need all the others! It's getting better, and with the worker proposal, it will get far better much faster! I'm changing degree to Computer science or software engineering(don't know the translation but I'll learn about programming) and one of the blockchains that I aim to improve is STEEM, we have a huge community, so, making dapps for STEEM is almost always a hit! On EOS is good too, but spreading the word around is harder... I think that EOS knights is in the first place because many of the users are STEEM users, and EOSknights made most of his marketing on STEEM!
