To fully exhaust voting power you only need to vote 10 times a day. Nothing hard solving 10 puzzle a day for a motivated person and a PITA for everyone.

It would stop the bots, almost completely. A votebot could cast 10 votes a day, but it wouldn't be a bot anymore, because it would take personal, manual attention.
