Since we have been staking the Steem-engine tokens, everytime someone uses a corresponding hashtag they will earn an additional reward in the form of that tribe's token.
For example when someone uses the SteemLeo tag and the Weedcash tag they will earn both LEO and WEED in addition to STEEM, but only if they are using those hashtags!
