A proven member of Steem is someone who has been here long enough to see the good, bad and the ugly.
They post good content (not always great) they make comments, they understand the system. They realize they are part of the team that is adding or subtracting from the value of Steem.
The behaviors can be different, but the fact they care and continue to show up matters to me.
