I doubt it has any real effect though ....
take a look at the tag's page . = https://steemit.com/created/PenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenis

there are no posts with that tag, indicating that nothing changed with the original post.

    True. The harm here only comes from that tag appearing above one's post. Could be used to cause a reader to think, at least temporarily, that an author meant to have that tag.

    Now, if we can only get PenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenisPenis trending ...🤔
