I second this application. I personally have seen how this amazing young man is doing with his community in His University. He single handedly started a vibrant community at the University of Energy and Resource center. He has supported me on several campaigns and i see he has the spirit to bring more people on board. No body else deserves to be more of a steem-ambassador than Him.

I second this application . Being a part of the UENR Community ,I've been helped greatly by @kwakumax , he's been supportive and not only did he introduce us to steemit, he also educated us on how it works. And when I lost my old account , he campaigned for me to have a second chance of having back the SBds I lost as well. This led to the community helping me bounce back to my former reputation.
