Overcoming Fear and Axiety

Overcoming fear dosn't happen instantly or automatically.it is the result of deliberate intention, and conscious action towards doing things that scares you.Fear is not a product of life.Fear is a product of a hallucinatory mind.Human suffer that which dose not exit because they are rooted not in reality but in their mind which is constantly eating up on the past and excreting into the future.!the below will help you to overcome fear

Steps to overcome fear
⬛Control your imagination.
Imagination is a tool to be used but many people misuse it to torment themselves.imagination and emotionality are closely linked and what we imagine can feel very real to us (even when it isn't at all).You dont actually know anything about the future.you up on it and think it is future.you can plan your tommorrow but you cannot live in your tomorrow.But right now people are living in tomorrow and that is why there is fear.The only thing one can do about this is,is cut the imagination and come down to reality.Just respond to what is here right now and there would be no room for fear.IMG_20180426_220218.jpg

⬛Control your breath.
This can also help to removes fear from one.Shallow breathing is the first trigger that catapults all other anxious symptoms into action.By controling your breath you control all the other anxiety symptoms as well.This can be done by purposely breath out longer than you breath in,you have to calm right down(regardless of what tricks your imagination is playing on you).The below steps can help control your breath⬇
◾Stop
◾Focus on your breath
◾Take a breath in (to the quick of 7 in your mind)
◾Then slowly breath out(to the quick count of 11 in your mind).
You can add the numbers of your breath personally but make sure the out-breath is longer than the in-breath

⬛Imagine your self a winner.
Fear and anxiety thrive when we imagine the worst.We develop imagination to be able to peoject in the future so we can plan ahead.when imaginetion is mismanaged chronically anxiety set in,diminutive things becomes maginified and gigantic.imagine seeing yourself in the situation you were dreading,but see yourself being calm,composed,cool and comfortable and things going well.

⬛Believe that God is with you.
God is our creator,He made us in His own image.
His image in us speaks about His Spirit in us.As a child of God you dont need to be afriad of anything cos you have what the world dont have.When the spirit of God operate in a man He takes his fear and gives him boldness.so to over smart fear you have to believe in God and His power,make your heart His temple and always take His written words to your heart."God dont work a fearful man" cos fear dose not exist in His dictionary. believing in God is the final way of overcoming fear.
