Siempre llamaron mi atención esos seres mitológicos, los dragones. Seres enfrentados en las culturas medievales cristianas, al héroe, al caballero o al santo. Llenos de poder destructivo y guardián de arcanos secretos del interior de grutas que les servían de refugio y donde tenían prisioneras a princesas de largas cabelleras doradas.
Técnica mixta
Los chinos los consideraban dueños del cielo; seres mágicos que volaban o flotaban de forma sinuosas como si fueran serpientes, pero con poder y furor que aquí quiero mostrar. Hoy en día se realizan, gracias a los avances tecnológicos de los efectos especiales, representaciones muy realistas de estos seres, de sus vuelos, de sus llamaradas, de las texturas de sus piel, del brillo inteligente de sus ojos. Yo,hace tiempo también intenté representar dragones, y los hice de esta manera.
Lápiz plomo
De todos es conocida la atracción ferial "El dragón". Hice este boceto para aerografiar un panel bastante grande de feria que no se realizó al final, por no llegar a un acuerdo con los dueños.
