So, who is @anomaly and why in the world would he upvote the scam post from @zulfajri321?
A look at steemd shows an account that hasn't posted or commented in months, but follows and upvotes spam at a breakneck pace. I couldn't say if it's all spam, cause there are 100s of upvotes per day going back months. Even at 1%, the account's voting power has been completely drained.
It's an anomaly, and it smells very phishy.
