While the very first Steem Blog Posting Month officially ended when April did, @fionasfavourites wanted to keep the party going so she could hit her goal of a daily post for four consecutive weeks. I offered to keep her company - hence the #SteemBloPoMo Day 36 in my title. 😊

Now that April is over, what's next?
I'm so glad you asked! Since there was such a positive response to this spur-of-the-moment challenge, I think we should make #SteemBloPoMo a regular thing! I have some ideas in mind, but if anyone has any ideas/suggestions, feel free to chime in.
Since this was inspired by NaNoWriMo, I think doing this every April and November would be a good place to start. During the intervening months, I plan to put together some spiffy graphics, and come up with some rewards and perks (like the weekly @TipU tips I gave out). However, I don't want to detract from the basic idea, which is to challenge yourself to create 30 new Steem posts for the month.
In fact, now that I'm thinking about it, I may hire the very talented and uber awesome @zord189 to create one of his amazeballs animated signatures for participants to use. Something like the one he created for me ages ago, but a generic one tailored for the challenge -
