Hi steemians! After investigating for a long time but without find a clear answer, steemian and mathematician @jga decided to study directly the source code of Steem, something a little complex, but he achieved it. Last month he shared his calculations and an infographic in an useful wiki article, a welcomed first time Steem.center participantion. Now we decided to add some info from other steemians who explored the same subject and split it in subpages, if you are interest, taka a look in the new set:

We hope these wiki pages could help new and veteran steemians about an important subject in the economy of Steem blockchain. Thank you very much @jga for sharing your achievements in Steem.center wiki. Thanks and good luck again!

As we mentioned in the last post - New wiki article in portuguese: Projeto Dicionário da Música (Brazilian Music Dictionary Project) - recently the portuguese speaking community increase collaborating in our wiki. Now we also have a new article (Steem (pt)) created by @tmarisco and a new participant : @portugalcoin. You can check all this language pages in the Português wiki page or other wiki contributions in the live updated special page Recent Changes.

Welcome, thank you very much, muito obrigado and good luck again!

Now all February's wiki content are from 13 collaborators - @aiyumi, @aschatria, @cmichel, @crokkon, @freyman, @igalapagos, @gazetagaleguia, @portugalcoin, @resteembot, @themarkymark, @thomashblum, @tmarisco and @wagnertamanaha. As described in our Rules, since the beggining of the year we begun upvoting this month participant's posts with a voting power of 50% using @steemvoter tool. Welcome all collaborators and thank you very much again!

Thank you very much and good luck again!

Project's Balance

Just now we have 66.536 STEEM in our wallet, as proposed in our 2018 updated rules, the amount of 60% of all STEEM collected this month - 39.921 STEEM - would be shared among February's participants (the 13 above). Check our project's Rules and join us if you like. Or just resteem and upvote this post to increase the reward pool as an appeal to current participants and attract new.

Join the project!

If you liked our project, this year we are celebrating our first anniversary, to join us in this goal to transform Steem.center in the wiki of all things Steem. Be part of the next distribution list earning a share of the STEEM collected here, check the Rules, follow @steemcenterwiki, register in Steem.center with your Steemit username, then just begin making the wiki editions and actions.

After registered, you can find some new pages suggestions in Articles for Creation (just click in the red links to start the wiki page). You also can use the sandbox page to test and play wiki editions for free. We proposed some loosely guidelines and if you need just ask for a personal response in Steemit.chat #wiki channel.

Like @casberp did this month you can also support the project with donations, just transfer any STEEM/SBD value. Other option is to make some STEEM Power delegation to us (see in the Rules our upvotes routine) to @steemcenterwiki. Or follow us, upvote, reply or resteem this post.

why the steemit rewards are low now?

We think it is difficult to find an accurate single answer. We hope the wiki article and suggested links could help to clarify doubts and give hints to analyze the possibilities. Thanks and good luck again!
