When we read this passage of Ecclesiastes, we immediately associate our personal consequences. The book has as a great lesson that human life not centered on pleasure in God is destitute of purpose and meaning.
All life destitute of purpose tends to fall into the misery of impatience or personal reflection that is distant from the will of God. A reflection of time, like Ecclesiastes Chap. 3 highlights, faces our self in front, identifying pains, scars, what was destroyed by a recent past or even distant, but has not yet been cured.
In other words, the section is saying "there is time for everything in our lives, mainly to build and nourish our self for the pleasure of God's presence in us".
It is important to take some time for yourself. There is under heaven all that contributes to the good of those who grow according to the will of God. When we seek to rebuild our being, it is the moment in which we must seek God to understand the reason of what happened to have injured so much, and how that can be relieved little by little.
As well as waiting, rebuilding must be an act of his in exclusivity with God. It is a moment where you reflect on your comings and goings, past, present and future, and also, on your interpersonal relationship. It is the hour we take to know what we must do to heal our wounds, improve our attitudes, but above all, live that moment of intimacy with God.
More than just waiting for the right time, everything must be calm and zealous so as not to impede the learning that takes place in that process. Seek not to despise yourself for believing that the correct time never comes, or the person of God, or right employment, etc. Although painful that moment, it is only then that we acquire sufficient maturity to face the next challenge.
Rebuild with zeal, walk with God, and enjoy what only an intimate relationship with Him can provide: the joy of knowing that for every blessing there is an appropriate time for it.
God rewards the efforts made by his children, all work done with love will have good results.
