WHY SOME CHRISTIANS RETURN TO THE WORLD?

in #steemchurch6 years ago

Maybe you've asked yourself, why your church does not grow? If in each service new people arrive and accept the Lord as their savior. One of the reasons is that they desert the gospel. Many of those who, having received the Eternal and know their word, look back like Lot's wife.

The people who return to the world were because they never had an authentic personal experience with Jesus, because the conviction of the Holy Spirit makes us leave sin, including forgiveness towards our enemies, the encounter with Jesus includes a radical change of life In relation to:

So that if anyone is in Christ a new creature is, the old things happened, behold, they are all made new.

2 Corinthians 5:17

Others return to worldliness because the world overcomes them, the passions of the soul letting themselves be seduced by the delights of this world according to:

Do not love this world or the things it offers you, because when you love the world you do not have the love of the Father in you.

1 John 2:15

Others return to the world because of the lack of commitment in the Christian life there is a lukewarm attitude in relation to Revelation 3: 15-16.

Also, they return to the world because they have a fragile faith trusting in their own strength, that is why the Lord commands us to build on a solid foundation.

Finally, spiritual idleness opens the door to bad thoughts, remember 2 Peter 1: 5-10.

I pray the Blessed One to help you come to him and attract you after his son.

We know that God is calling the world back to Him. This is the very essence of the Holy Bible. In Steemchurch we pray for this.

The world and its attractions are a weak point for human beings, but once you open the eyes of understanding and wisdom that lead to the sacred spirit of God, you can understand that this world is temporary, but the glory in the father is eternal . Our Christian duty is to stand firm in the faith and to spread the faith to the people around us.
