Genesis 1:1
"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth".
Genesis 1:1 tells us that in the beginning, God made the heavens and the earth, and John 1:1-3 shows us how He did it - by His Word. This means that everything that is in the material world; gold, silver, the good life, and everything of value was made by the Word of God. The Word of God is the source material from which all things were made. This is why we must acknowledge the Word in all our ways; He is the Source of all things.

We must acknowledge the Word as the pre-eminent One. No matter how eminent the world is, and its nobles are, the Word is the preeminent One. He was eminent before they became eminent, and will forever be eminent. That's how great our God, the Word, is. We cannot focus on things that were made by the Word of God and neglect the Word who is the Source of all things.

We cannot seek to enjoy the things that God made by His Word without acknowledging God as the Source of all things.
To fully enjoy the good things of this life, we must acknowledge God as the Source of all good things. God is the fountain of life, and in His light we see light. He is the way, the truth and the life; none can find the way through life, nor understand reality, neitherfind life without Him.
Proverbs 3:5-8 tells us
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones."
It is evil to forsake the Lord and to depart from loving and worshipping Him. You cannot truly live without acknowledging God as Source. You must acknowledge Him as God by submitting yourself to His Word. Let your worship go up to Him, and let your heart truly love and adore Him, for He is the Source of all things; He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Hallelujah!
You Have an Inheritance of Prosperity In Christ
Ephesians 1:17
"In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will".

Your earthly father may not have left you an inheritance. You may not even have anything to look forward to from your earthly father as an inheritance. But as we see in today's Scripture, everyone in Christ Jesus has obtained an inheritance, and one of the inheritances that we have received in Christ is prosperity.
There are many who have a big challenge with the subject of prosperity. The reason is because of their ignorance of God's Word.

When you look at God‘s original plan for man from the beginning, you'll see how God made the earth, and then made man, and planted a garden called 'Eden' and put the man there. Eden means 'pleasure'. This means that God put the man in a place of overflowing abundance; a place where there was no lack.

What God did in the beginning shows us that poverty was not, and is still not part of His plan for man. God designed for man to live in prosperity; but when sin came into the world, man fell from that original intent of God.
Jesus came to restore us to God‘s original idea. Therefore, to say that poverty is part of Christianity is to deny the whole essence of the Scriptures; it is to deny the fact that God is a good God.. A good God couldn't have planned poverty as part of His good plan for His good children. Prosperity is eternally God's plan for His children.
What You Must Do
Beloved, you need to renew your mind to God's prosperity plan for you in Christ Jesus. You have an inheritance in Christ.
Jesus Christ was broken for you at Calvary that you might not be broke. Your broke days are over! Your inheritance in Christ is incorruptible.
The kind of prosperity that is available in Christ is without sorrow and heartaches. Renew your mind to the Word, that you are not a poor man trying to be rich, no! You are a blessed and a rich child of God who is discovering his or her new wealth status. You are blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Amen and Amen!
