38 So Pharaoh asked them, “Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the spirit of God?”

We can see in this verse and in the book of Genesis how Joseph interprets Pharaoh's dream, not because he is wise, but because he was full of the holy spirit.
Wisdom flows from the spirit of God. Knowledge comes when I am in his presence "And the spirit of Jehovah will rest upon him; spirit of wisdom, intelligence, spirit of counsel and power, spirit of knowledge and fear of Jehovah," (Is 11: 2). Only the spirit can fill us with wisdom and the knowledge necessary to understand visions, dreams and the mysteries of life.
Not all dreams come from God. Even those dreams that come from his spirit cannot be interpreted without him. Never pretend to know God's dream for you. Only the spirit of wisdom can give you the interpretation of the dream. Joseph was not wise without the fullness of the spirit.
Filled with the spirit of God, Joseph could see through the prosperity and scarcity that would come, God's purpose and the plan for the nation. When the spirit fills we will receive wisdom and supernatural knowledge that guides you through the minefield of harsh decisions. While filling the spirit, you begin to see through your problems the possibilities of God for your life.
Without the fullness of the spirit, your inner emptiness exhausts all hope and confidence in you leaving you weak and depressed. Instead of praying for the spirit of God to fill you, seek your fullness so that it gives you the power to fulfill your purpose and plan for your glory.
