We have all entered the new year very determined, to make our lives count.This is not about making resolutions we cant keep!!! YOU probably made such resolves in previous years but couldnt keep them.IT IS ABOUT LEANING SOLELY ON GOD!,AN LETTING HIM DRIVE YOUR LIFE,,,,,,,,,,, The scripture says in Deuteromy chapter31:8 ...from the king James version.." and the Lord,he it is that doth go before thee: he will be with thee,he wil not fail thee: fear not neither be dismayed".In His infinite love,God is telling you that He will be there FOR YOU THIS YEAR! What other assuarance do you need? The creator of yhe universe says that He will not abandon you,but will be by your side all the time. All he is asking you is to hold on to Him by faith and allow Him to take you to the acme of success!
So the coast is clear for youto live a successful, victorious and fruitful life!,The coast is clear, you have nothing to worry about. God desires to be with you in all you do.
He wants to be there no matter the circumstance. Wether you are facing ptoblems that seem insurmountable, undertaking various tasks,meeting emergencies or taking advantage of opportunities that come your way. God wants you to know that He is with you in all you do. So rest your soul in His presence!
Now, how do you rest your soul in God's presence?
1.Look inward. Take stock of your life- look at your relationship with God and with others in the previous years. Hold each areas of your life alongside God's standards and pray to grow in faithfulness and holiness!!!( psalm 139: 23-24). As you take the time yo look inward you will be encouraged where when you see the areas where you did well,and you will have great hope when you sense God's help,encouragement and keading in overcome areas where you failed.Be honest with your God and yourself and uou will experience and a great refreshing from Him, which will hive you the enthisiasm you need to change.
2.Look upward..Since Jesus is the author and the finisher of our faith this means He is at work right now !!!FOOOOOOCUS ON JEEESUS AND IT SHALL BE WELL WITH YOU IN 2018!!!!
Lets remember its God who directs our steps:
Moreover,Christ relieves us of our burden the moment we turn to Him
CAST YOUR BURDEN ON HIM.......HE CARES!!
