Family is everything, in that, the society is a compendium of different families. The church on the other hand is composed of various families. We see that if individual families are being placed well both in norms and values, then the world will be a better place. Parents, elderly siblings as well as the church have great roles to play in the making the world and society better.
Measures should be taken my parents and guardians to ensure that the kids learn what they ought to learn. Create time to talk to them and listen to them but it's quite unfortunate that most parents today do not have time for their kids; they give them the liberty to go about life they way they feel and when they meet the wrong people, the learn the wrong lessons.
I'm glad the church is putting up plans and strategies to affect families positively; it will indeed be a great thing.
When we started Bread From Heaven we always established that more than food and physical food our desire was to integrate families and help children in the love of Jesus, make plans together and train men and women who are conquerors of souls, and environments.
