So true! Someone asks how you are. Our reply is OK! Even if we are not OK! Even with God sometimes we try to hide like Adam. Where are you Adam? The One Person we should completely level with is God!
Then we are exhorted to confess our faults to one another, that we may be healed. So honesty requires humility!
